Business Support Manager

Requirements:
* Prior experience in Finance/Accounting/Administration
* Proactive, meticulous & analytical
* Strong initiative and ability to work independently with little instruction
* Integrity, honesty, and professional attitude regarding confidential information
* Fluent in both written and spoken English

Responsibilities will include
* Manages and ensuring smooth execution of finance and general affair functions across the corporate organization.
* Prepare and monitor budget estimates, cash flow forecast, and financial management reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis
* Liaise with auditors and communicate any queries on financial based matters
* Able to propose any changes/improvements needed for the company’s current business support setup
* Oversee administrative, purchasing and internal IT activities across DesignStream offices
* Other financial, administration, internal IT & purchasing projects as requested from time to time

Job Location
Jakarta, but covering Singapore, Indonesia, & other countries as necessary
