1. Have some experience as Creative Group Head, have ability to lead a Group of Creative people.

3. Be driven and proactive.
4. Strong in conceptual thinking, creative in making up new ideas, a 360 degree thinker.
5. Be able to work collaboratively with other departments – planning and account service.
