Reservation Officer
Responsibility:
* Handle all inquiries from callers in regards to sales and reservation.
* Take reservation
* Complete all reservation administration such as: forms, guarantee letter (if required), confirmation letter
* Entry the reservation into the system
* Lease with other departments to follow up specific request from residents before check in
* Provide relevant reports for Sales Team and Front Office in regards to room reservation and blocking and future forecast.
* Assist other related matters of sales team
* Handle any other job assigned by management from time to time
Qualifications:
* Diploma in Business Administration/ Hospitality.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience.
* Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
* Good spoken and written English.
* Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel.
* Confident, Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoing personality.
* Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
