Lowongan Kerja Head of Forestry Fire and Security

A new forest plantation development is currently being set up in NTB to establish a sustainable supply of fuel wood. This plantation development consists of 2 components;

* Hutan Tanaman Industri within the Kawasan Hutan
* A financing and technical assistance program with local farmers to develop Hutan Rakyat (HR) outside of the Kawasan Hutan.

This development is a new division of a long established and successful company in Lombok, NTB and will become the main supplier of fuel wood within Lombok Island. A total target plantation establishment of 15,000 hectares is planned.

Head of Forestry Fire and Security (Code : FIRE)

REPORTING :
* Reports directly to the Head of Operations.

DUTIES :
* To ensure there is a full capability to prevent forest fires and to quickly and safely stop fight forest fires which may impact upon established plantation.
* To prepare, maintain and implement when required a fire fighting quick response plan
* To develop and implement an effective fire prevention and fighting training program to ensure all operational staff are capable of quickly and effectively responding to fire danger within the plantation areas.
* To manage and control field security aspects of the plantation development program

REQUIREMENTS :
* A minimum of 4 years experience is required in plantation forestry positions including Fire Prevention / Control and Plantation Security.
