1. Customer Service Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is accountable for Customer Order Management by implementing Customer Roadmaps and Supply Chain programs in order to ensure Customer Orders are processed and delivered smoothly and efficiently. It will also be responsible for selling and convincing ideas to customers and assess which programs is “best fit” with the need of customer plus finding and driving resolution of customer’s issues.

Requirements:
EDUCATION
College graduate preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting or related degree with Minimum of two (2) years experience in Customer Service or Logistic professional/analyst role

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS REQUIRED
* Having knowledge of Supply Chain Management
* Having knowledge in computer operating systems (pref: SAP, JDE, AS400 query, Microsoft business software)
* Must have customer service skills and presentation skills
* Having an excellence communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in written and spoken English


2. Warehouse Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To be assigned in Finish Good Warehouse, this position will be accountable for planning, organizing and monitoring the efficiency of inventory management. It will also be responsible for maintaining the warehouse’s management and performance to achieve the cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives to ensure that its compliance to Kraft’s warehousing standard.

* Inventory Replenishment and Control

* Industrial Hygiene and Sanitation

Requirements:
EDUCATION
University graduated or minimum College graduated from any discipline with at least 1-2 years experience, both experience in the same / related field.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS REQUIRED
* Having knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, distribution and transportation.
* Understanding of the wider food industry customer base and the drivers of their service delivery expectations.
* Knowledge in computer operating systems (SAP, Microsoft Office).
* Having knowledge about warehousing systems (e.g. FIFO system, Rework and Warehouse sanitation).
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
