We are foreign company which located in Karawang, West Java. We provide integrated services and solutions to pre-eminent customers in the US, Western Europe and other sophisticated global markets. We own and operate world-class factories in various locations in West Java powered by 7,000 strong workforces and by 5000 machines. Our production capacity can handle 11,5 million pieces per month and still with huge expansion potentials.
To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following positions:
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING STAFF ( Karawang )
Technical Requirement:
* At least 3 years solid experience as an Industrial Engineering Manager in well known garment company
* Highly competent in all aspects of Industrial Engineering including:
- Synthetic time study/ MTM/ MOST and Method study
- Motivation / production study
- Work sampling
- Line balancing
- PTS/ standard data
* Demonstrate ability to:
- Calculate performance indexes based on SMV and time based performance.
- Identify and develop unacceptable performances / efficiencies or excessive
loss of time by daily line summary analysis.
- Investigate and recommend solutions, installs and maintains procedural revisions.
* High degree of interpersonal and communication skill to interact and deal effectively with internal customers and other external associates
General Requirement:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable school
* Self-starter and works well in a high-pressure environment
* Demonstrated skill to lead, coach and develop a team of professional staff
* Ability to focus on detail with high speed and accuracy
* English proficiency equivalent to 500 TOEFL score
* Computer literate and adept in MS Office
* Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background
* At a career stage where stability is important
