Altus Group is a leading provider of innovative integrated shipping and logistics solutions in the Asia Pacific region for industrial, mining, commercial and oil & gas sector customers. The Group’s activities started in 1973 to service the export of commodities from Indonesia to North Asia. Altus’s ship-owning activities have grown from originally owning and operating a fleet of log bulkers to a diversified fleet of multi-purpose vessels, bulkers, containers, and tankers that are able to service the growing trade in clean petroleum products, chemicals, edible oils, and higher value-added exports in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently we are seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as:

Project Manager

Task & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects.
2. Organizes project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determined resources needed.
3. Takes projects from origination to close out.
4. Interfaces with all stakeholders involved in or affected by the projects.
5. Defines Project Scope and confirms senior management support before project commencement.
6. Develops detailed work plan, schedule, project estimates, resources plans, and reports in a PMBOK framework.
7. Conducts project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.
8.  Ensures adherence to quality standard and review projects deliverables.
9. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
10. Recommends and take action to direct the analysis and solution of problems.
11. Ensures completion of detailed schedules of projects from initiation to implementation and keep management informed of any deviations.
12. Monitors status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
13. Trains subordinates to take on increasing responsibility.

Requirements:
1. Egineering Bachelor Degree or Master Degree is required
2. Had experiences in the same field for at least 5 years
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
4. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, possessing a high degree of intellectual curiosity, combined with the ability to delegate responsibility.
5. Must be willing to train subordinates in various skills and ensure that responsibility is delegated to them.
6. Willing to travel to remote locations within Indonesia to perform due diligence.
7. Willing to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays, if necessitated by project deadlines.
