Technical Support for BEARINGS (Based in PEKANBARU-RIAU)

Position Summary:
*  Technical and engineering support for the Indonesia sales office.
*  Provide technical support and product presentations to internal/external staff, dealers and end users throughout Indonesia.
* Provide after sales service to customers.

Principal Accountabilities:
*  Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars for dealers and end users.
*  Advise dealers and end users on bearing applications and/or related problems.
* Provide engineering support to dealers and end users.
* Frequent on site visits to review applications.
* Establish contacts with end users and providing these customers with technical support and services.
* Provide comparative analysis between competitors.
* Prepare technical marketing material.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Mechanics, or related majors.
* Located in Pekanbaru – Riau.
* At least 2 years related working experience with bearings.
* Hands-on type of person with a sound business and technical understanding of bearing products, and a specific knowledge about bearing applications.
* Fluency in English.
