We are an international MLM company dealing in health supplements, cosmetics, water purification and FMCG. Due to our expansion, we now seek qualified candidates for the following vacancy:
ASS. MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT
Qualifications:
* Male / female, age max. 40 years old
* Graduated min. S1 (Human Resources Management), preferably S2
* Min. 10 years working experiences in HRD & 3 years as Assistant Manager
* Hard working, able to work independently, team player, able to work under pressure, highly self motivated, attention to details, responsible, strong analytical skill
* Computer literate, able to operate windows application such as MS words, MS excel, power point, Visio, email and any other applications.
* Have excellent knowledge of basic Human Resources Management and Development (Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Career Management, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations)
* Good command in English (Both spoken & written)
* Have good personality & interpsersonal skill
