We are a multinational company in supply chain solutions and logistics business, looking for candidate to fill the following position:

Employee Relations Manager

Report to Country HR Manager, this position will be responsible for:

*  To ensure all industrial, government and community relation activities are well managed and carried out in order to prevent unnecessary impact/ interruption to the business as a result of labour, legal and community related issues.
* To ensure all business practices in line with good corporate governance principle, including company Code of Business Conduct, Policy and Procedures, Law and Regulations
* To establish a guarantee service to internal and external customers through a defined standard operating procedure as a part of team work for winning business opportunities.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Law
* 5 years of experience in the employee/industrial relation roles
* Strong knowledge of Manpower regulation and Human Resources function
* Proven leadership, team work, self discipline and good communication skills
* Willing to travel (Site Warehouse)
* Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office
