PT Blue Gas Indonesia, is part of Group Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk. We have been focusing in manufacture and distribution of exclusive kitchen appliances and LPG-Refill industry for more than 10 years. Due to our rapid expansion and growth, we need candidates with dynamic personality to fill our vacancy as:
HR Generalist
Requirements:
* Male or Female, age below 32 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Psychology, preferably hold a Magister Degree in Psychology or Psychologist Profession
* Min. 1 year experience in Human Resources Development Area or 2 years experiences as Asessor in Recruitment/Consulting Services
* Deep understanding of Assessmen Competency
* Familiar with Human Resources Mapping and Talent Management
* Wide knowledge of other People Development Related fields (recruitment, training, organization development)
* Self-starter, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and to work effectively with wide range of diverse people
* Strong interpersonal and communicational skill, and able to work as a team
* Willing to travel to our branches all over Java
* Willing to join immediately
