Our fashion style is ethnic casual design, yet has a unique design and produced in limited amount. The company is currently looking for:
HR MANAGER - JKT Based (Code: HRM)

Brief description of the job:
Plan and develop company policies and human resources management system and also coordinate and control human resources management system execution throughout the company in order to support and improve employee performance to achieve company’s objectives.

Description
* Compose strategy and company policies related to human resources management based on long-term and short-term strategy which has been developed before and also based on government regulations in order to gain employee with performance, capability, and competencies appropriate to company requirements.
* Compose working and budget plan based on human resources strategy, policies, and management system which have been developed in order to achieve human resources objectives.
* Coordinate and control human resources function in order to ascertain the execution of strategy plan, policies, and working plan which have been developed previously.
* Coordinate and control human resources budget utilization based on working plan which has been developed previously.
* Direct, analyze and manage remuneration procedures in order to ascertain that remuneration package which has been set by company is competitive, accordance to company’s business, and suits company’s financial capability and also fair to all employees.
* Coordinate and control training programs which includes training needs identification and training evaluation in order to ascertain human resources objectives in improving employees’ capability and competency.
* Plan employee demand based on organization development, and also coordinates and control recruitment and selection process to ascertain the fulfillment of employees which have suitable qualification to company requirements.
* Compose performance management system and also coordinate and control its execution which involves planning, coaching, and performance appraisal in order to ascertain individual, department, and company achievement.
* Manage and control administrative tasks and human resources information system in order to give optimum support to achieve company’s objectives.

Requirement :
* Degree in Management, Law, or Psychology
* Comprehend government regulations on labor
* Excellent leadership, communication interpersonal, negotiating and analytical skills
* Hold minimum 5 years of Human Resources working experience
* Good command of English
* Fast Learner, independent, adaptable, flexible and able to work in a team environment
* Having experience in retail industry will be an advantage
* Able to start work within short period
