We are inviting highly qualified and aspiring candidates to fill the following positions:
HR SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
* Provide and analyze all HR related report (e.g. HR dashboard, demography report, absence report, etc)
*Act as PIC for day to day operational activity related to compensation & benefit
* Review and recommend improved HR policies related to compensation & benefit
* Review and recommend improved HR business process
* Other ad hoc (project based) tasks
Requirements:
* University graduate from Psychology, Information Technology or related area
* Minimum 4 years experience in human resources area (especially in compensation & benefit, payroll, HRIS and other HR operational area)
* Good knowledge in Human Resources Information System
* Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, macro Excel will be an advantage)
* Good analytical thinking & interpersonal skill
* High level of proficiency in English
