PT. Dream Sentosa Indonesia, a global sourcing network garment and bag manufacture located in KARAWANG – WEST JAVA, To support its growth, the company is searching for a high potential and dynamic individual to fill the positions as : is highly qualified candidates to full in below positions :
HRD MANAGER
Responsible :
* To monitor and report on all detail aspects of human resource management
* Assist HR & GA Manager to implementing labor regulation in factory
* Create man power planning for all department
* Manage, Plan and carry out Vendor and subcontractor audits
* Assist compliance team to implementing social compliance requirement in factory
* Responsible with in all human resource management issue
Requirements:
* MALE/FEMALE
* Age Min 35 years
* Bachelor degree in Psychology /Law / Human Resource Management
* Have experience min 4 year in human resource, preferable in garment company
* Have completely Knowledge in Human Resource Management ( recruitment, compensation/wages calculation, training , development and Industrial Relation, and other related human resource field)
* Good knowledge in compliance (Social and CTPAT)
* Strong ability in Management
* Have good communication skill
* Good relation with government institution in Karawang, West Java
* Able to work under pressure
* Able to work in team and independent
* Have high motivation and leadership
* English passive and active
