Job Description :
* The candidate will lead our team to achieve high standard manpower capability through continuous training.
* Responsible for providing people development syllabus.
* Maintain and develop remuneration structure.
* Setup manpower performance appraisal.
* Provide incentive reports.
Requirements :
* Male/Female
* Age 26-30
* Bachelor degree from psychology disciplines
* English is a compulsory
* Licensed for SIM A and SIM C
* Experienced in human resources department from any industry (mining industry background is an advantage).
* Fresh graduate from “Master of Human Resources Management” with strong interpersonal skill is an advantage.
