HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Responsibilities:
*  Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources function, but not limited to recruitment, staffing, payroll, incentive computation, training, development, employee relation, legal and administrative duties.
*  To check, monitor and control proper standard administration of company policies & procedure.

Requirement:
* Female, age between 22 – 30 years old
* Min. S1 / Degree from any discipline major
* Min. of 2 years of experiences in similar position
*Having knowledge in recruitment and selection process
*  Good understanding of employment regulation
* Pleasant personality with excellent communication
*  Proactive, self driven and organized
* Able to work under pressure and date line
* Fluent in English oral & written
