HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR (BASED IN BATAM)
PT. SAS Heavy Industry (PT SHI) , a well established heavy steel fabricator located in Batam, Indonesia in the field of engineering and construction for offshore oil & gas industry and power industry.
PT SHI provides advanced engineering design and fabrication services to clients in the Oil & Gas and Power companies worldwide. In the manufacturing facility in Batam, heat transfer equipment, pressure vessels, skid packages, onshore & offshore modules & structures, floating crane & barges, steel structures for industrial plants such as refineries, petrochemicals, power plants are fabricated with high-tech equipment, fully automatic machineries and latest software systems.
HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR (BASED IN BATAM)
Requirements:
* Possess a recognized S1 in Psychology / Law / Management
* Male/Female, age between 28 to 35 years old
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of HR
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to relate to employees at all levels
* Independent with high level of integrity
* Good understanding of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations
* Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Experience in similar capacity as HR Supervisor
* Experience in handling payroll, insurance and general admin duties
* Willing to based in Batam
* Interview will be conducted in Batam
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin activities such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee services and industrial relations
* Handle industrial relations matters and liaise with government bodies to ensure our policies and practices are in compliance with Indonesia Labor Laws
* Monthly payroll processing and reports submission to RHQ
* Other admin duties and projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
