PT. KOMPETENSI UNGGUL INDONESIA, is HR – Solution Company, with more than 370 highly motivated employees. They are with different backgrounds who are assigned to different business line and location. Our services are top knots search, outsourcing, training and executive search.
We are now seeking for a dynamic and communicative person to fulfill vacant position in our head office in capacity as:

RECRUITER

Job requirements:
*  Male/Female, max 35  years old
*  Graduated from a reputable university majoring Industrial Psychology
*  Strong knowledge of various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method.
*  Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, target oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced.
*  Having good logic & strong analytical ability; Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
*  Dynamics, self motivated, customer oriented and target oriented
*  Must have good presentation both speaking and appearance
*  Fluent in English and Bahasa
*  Communicative, able to work as a team player and willing to learn
*  Having experience min 5 years in same capacity
