We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

Training Assistant Manager

Requirements :
*  Min. Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources/Psychology from reputable university.
*  At least 3 years experiences in training and development department.
*  Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself.
*   Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
*   Recommend external speaker/ trainer to conduct training sessions internally.
*  Responsible for all management of training administration, activities as well as development for the Group.
*  Fluent in English, both oral and written
*   Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
*  Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
*  Young, dynamic and highly motivated personality is preferred.
