(MSInfokom) is an established IP Telephony, IP Network Infrastructures, and Contact Center Solutions company which aims to become a major player in providing solutions, applications, communication, and networking; and resources for medium & large-sized enterprises.
We have been partners with some ready-package solutions and we have implement those solutions in many enterprises. One of our business partners is Alcatel, a leading player in Contact Center, IP Telecommunications, IP Network Infrastructure and Internet Technology. Together with Alcatel, MSInfokom would like to deliver innovative, highly awarded, best-of-breed Contact Center, COmmunication & Networking Solutions to most enterprises in Indonesia.
Project Manager
Responsibilities include :
* To ensure project delivery to required standards within the time, cost and quality, would be able to :
o Project planning and scheduling.
o Lead, manage, collecting & coordinating project resources & documents and monitor project implementation during running project with help from operation team.
o Monitor cost control and inputing data and reporting.
o Implement and monitor quality assurance standard.
* Chair regular meetings with Client to monitor and co-ordinate all project activities.
* Day-to-day project administration with all internal departement.
* Prepare executive report on project progress.
* Ensuring all work is performed to high safety and standards.
Qualification :
1. Male, maximal 35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/ university.
3. Experience in IT field and Project Manager certification is an advantage.
4. Good command of written and spoken English.
5. Specific abilities :
o Excellent forward planning skills.
o Conversant in contract conditions and cost matters.
o Proven track record for completing project.
o Pro-active in problem solving with a keen eye for detail and quality.
o Able to work independently with strong initiative and leadership.
o High level of professionalism and integrity.
o Able to work under tight deadlines.
