TALENT & ORGANIZATION OFFICER (Code: TO -JDB)
Requirement :
* Min. Bachelor Degree on any major with min. GPA 2,75; preferably Psychology/Management
* Male/female, single, age : 25 – 30 years old
* Having good conceptual, analyzing, and presentation skill
* Familiar to Balanced Scorecard Concept is preferably
* Proficient in MSOffice and English (spoken and written) with TOEFL Score : min. 500.
General Requirements:
* Having pleasant personality and strong sense of achievement
* Able to work under pressure, independent, and a team player
* Good interpersonal and communication skill, and committed in providing excellent customer service
* Having experience in retail industry will be an advantage
