PT. Daun Pratama – We are national company, producing products out of natural clays (bentonite) which markets are in both domestic as well as in export. To cope with our continuous growth and development, we are inviting high caliber candidate to join us in following post :
Head of Production
Successful candidate will be assigned this activity:
* To manage, improve and develop an advanced and integrated production system, process and environment to ensure marketable products are delivered according to plans within a predictable time frame, volume, variances and quality.
* Supervise and optimize day to day operation of production sites group under his responsibility in terms of production, quality control, factory, warehouse, labor control and administrative matters to get company standard products.
To best fit you must :
* Male, a university graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a strong basic in chemical analysis and organic chemistry
* Min 3 years experience in process engineering and chemical industry
* Experienced in environmental, health and safety procedures including regulatory standards
* Able to develop unique solutions to areas of process reliability, productivity, efficiency and yield.
* A team player, fast learner, self starter, dynamic & energetic
* In high level of commitment & dedication
* Possess positive work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results
* Domisile in Tangerang
