Product Development Manager

Job profile:
We are a fast growing Indonesian-based multinational confectionery company, looking for a Product Development Manager to strengthen our ability to identify and launch innovative new products. We sell our high quality products to more than 40 countries around the world. He/she is primarily responsible for identifying key future new product potentials, determining the best possible way to market it and following it through till execution stage. He/she will be working closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing & Sales & Marketing. The jobholder reports to a Director.

Requirement:
* Minimum S1 education.
* Minimum 3 years of work experience in brand management or marketing preferably of candy, snacks or packaged foods.
* Preferably has work experience in R&D or product development and has experience in developing & launching a new product.
* Can communicate in english verbally and in writing.
* A team player.
* Excellent in communicating, planning and following through.
* Hardworker, go getter, get things done.
* Resident of kabupaten Bogor, Cibinong or Cibubur is preferred.
