PT. Pesona Edukasi is one of the biggest educational software companies in Indonesia with well know brand named AmazingEdu Software. Our educational software has been recognized by many awards in local and international competition. At this moment our product is being used at 23 countries in all over the world. To support our rapid business growth, we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation and dynamic, initiative, energetic, creative and integrity to fill in the following positions :

Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Main responsibility of this position is to develop, leverage and to find new market by getting new distributors all over Indonesia in order to achieve company’s sales target. The incumbent also responsible to create an event and promotion activities to attract our customer and build corporate partnership with educational institution.

Requirement :
* Min. Bachelor Degree in related field  – from reputable University or College
* Min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0
* Min. Experience of 3-5 Years in Sales and Marketing Department
* Having experience dealing with government project especially Diknas to handle education projects
* Having strong channeling with Diknas and other institutions which play the business on education
* Strong analytical mind with good business manner and networking
* Having good understanding on media planner, marcomm strategy, brand awareness and Public Relation
* Good Communications Skills, both written and Spoken, Especially in English
* Able to work under pressure, fast learner, Excellent in communications & interpersonal skills, independent and be multi – tasking
