Guest Relation Officer

Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality guest service, ensuring a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere
* Attend to guests warmly during check in/out
* Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints and requests and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maximize sales and revenue for the hotel

Qualifications and Experience:
* Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Studies / Business Administration
* Hostelling / hospitality experience preferred
* Warm and friendly disposition and pro-active and passionate about customer service
* Enjoy meeting travelers from all over the world and sensitive to cultural differences when working with them
* Ability to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and conversant in Mandarin
* Computer literate
* Willing to work in Berastagi, Sumatera Utara
