We are a Foreign Plastic Packaging Company in Surabaya, we need qualified and competence people to join our company for the following position:
HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER
Qualifications:
* University Degree and above major in Human Resources or Social Science or similar disciplines;
* At least 5 years international manufacturing enterprise HR & Admin Management work experience;
* Mastery of rules and regulations of Ministry of Man Power regarding the Employer – Employee relationship;
* Familiar local Labor Law and labor management regulations and policies;
* Computer literate
* Fluent in English both oral & written
* Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, can work under pressure;
* Good team player with right supervisory skills;
