SALES/OFFICE MANAGER at LIFESTYLES INDONESIA, PT

The SALES/OFFICE MANAGER is responsible for the strategic sales and marketing plan that will deliver the expected revenue and growth objectives.  Additionally, the candidate will oversee and run all areas of the operation, including staff management, and ensure compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures, Governmental Regulatory and Industry Standards.

SALES/OFFICE MANAGER

The successful candidate will have the following competencies:
*    Experience in the Direct Sales/Multi level Marketing field
*     Strong leadership, sales and marketing, management, administrative and organizational skills
*      Good analytical, evaluation  and  business planning skills
*      Exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills
*      Attention to detail, follow through and multi-tasking skills
*      Basic knowledge of accounting and finance procedures
*    Strong knowledge of MS Office
*    Ability to communicate in English (both oral & written)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
*      University Degree Required
*     Experience / Understanding of MLM Industry preferred
*      5+ years of proven experience in management of an office
*      Experience with an international corporation preferred
*      Cross functional experience in sales / marketing / operations / finance, an asset
