Our client is one of the leading company serving remote site services provider for mining and oil/gas company. Their range of services include but are not limited to the provision of food services, housekeeping, laundry, security, landscaping, garbage and industrial waste removal/disposal and commissary operations. They are seeking dynamic and highly qualified individuals to be a part of their team.

Key Responsibilities:
* He or she will coordinate the design of all new cycle menus prior to their inclusion in tender/contract submissions and to ensure that they are adhered to.
* An ability to design creative and practical menus to meet the client’s expectations is critical and avoid menu fatique.

Requirements:
* Male or female with the ability to travel to sites throughout Indonesia.
* A tertiary food qualification is preferred or posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
* Preferably with working experience in food service industry or Hotel Management.
* Good culinary skills and understanding are mandatory both theoretical and practical.
* Knowledge in dietary requirements is an advantage.
* Good command of written and spoken English Language is a must.
