SUPERVISOR – COMMERCIAL

JOB PURPOSE:

Focus on contract management and provide support to the Commercial Customer Unit in relation to the preparation of proposals by compiling data and doing follow-up, maintains the file database of current and target customers and assist in market intelligenc

MAIN TASKS:

* Prepare draft of quotation letter for all target customers.
* Present to the group the target customers.
* Building communication with customers from initial contact to contract settlement/finalization based on the superior direction.
* Listing all current customers with all its contractual/agreement status and ensuring operational activities are in compliance with contract/agreement.
* Contract/Agreement and Costing documents filing for easy reference.
* Prepare and advice draft of contract and presentation materials to all customers.
* Simple market insight activities: get information and make a report of current market situation.

REQUIREMENT PROFILE:

* Minimum bachelor degree with good academic background in related fields: Business, Marketing, Management, etc.
* Experience in manufacturing company for 1 or 2 years.
* Good communication skill both English and Bahasa
* Good Logical thinking/analytical min.
* Detail Oriented, team player, fast learner, and self motivated driven.
* Proactive, Assertive, Innovative and Customer oriented
* Able to work in multi-tasking, good in organizing & file documentation.
* Excellent skills in computer (Ms. Office: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel is a must).
* Mature and good personality.
* Moderate understanding commercial and financial aspect of the organization.
* Understanding of selling and marketing concepts is an advantage.
