MARKETING RETAIL SUPERVISOR for FERTILIZER

Requirements :
* Male, max 40 years old.
* Bachelor degree in agronomist.
* 2 years working experience in retail marketing / direct sales is a must, handling product / brand agrochemicals / fertilizer in a medium / large sized company.
* Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies, include manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, advertising, promotional, monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results.
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
* Must have through knowledge and good contacts with companies in the related fields, to make networking with wholesalers and retailers and able to maintain business relations
* Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
* Must have technical marketing skills and target oriented, excellent leadership and communication skill, good database analytical, good personality and performance, initiative and innovative with high spirit for new challenge.
* Based on Jakarta or Medan.
