APRIL’s fully-integrated operations in Indonesia range from plantations and forestry, R&D, to pulp and paper mills, including the provision of private access roads and jetty facilities. Its business operations are strategically located– close to the major ports of Singapore and Shanghai for swift distribution of its products to the world markets. In Indonesia, APRIL is in the middle of the island of Sumatra, where conditions are ideal for the fast growth of acacia which provides the raw material for pulp production.

PULP PRODUCTION MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
* Responsible for establish departmental strategy, organization, objectives, structures and system to achieve maximum department effectiveness
* Overall controlling mill operation to accomplish the mill objective, quality, and target.
* Act as coordinator between other division: Energy, Wood Handling, Maintenance, Paper to achieving planned target.
* Develop and control annual budget to ensure maximum cost effectiveness of production cost, monitoring budget performance on a regular basic to ensure compliance to cost forecasts
* Develop on going training program to ensure production personnel are skilled on each department area
* Establish necessary max/min levels for production inventory within all production area

QUALIFICATIONS
* Male max 48 Years Old
* Minimum Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or Pulp & Paper Technology
* Having 10 years experience in Pulp Mill Operation
* Advanced understanding of Pulp & Paper Industry
* Good English oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skill
* Willing to stay in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pekanbaru - Riau, Indonesia

PRODUCTION AND PROCESS SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To analyse the production results and establish a relation between results and process parameters in order to maximize the production result,
* To execute in the field all projects agreed with the Production Unit Leaders and coordinate closely with the QA/QC Supervisor,
*  To respect all ISO/OHSAS procedures,
*  To achieves goals, to study and put in place all necessary actions with regard to machines, raw materials and workforce,
*  To takes into consideration safety related problems and determines necessary precautions in organization and usage of raw materials and consumables,
*  To propose and execute the necessary modifications for improving the production process,
* To organize/participate in the technical training programmes of our factory’s employees,

REQUIREMENTS:
* Female or male, 26-30 years old,
* S1 or equivalent in Chemical Engineering,
* 3 - 5 years in laboratory or production process,
*  Good knowledge of ISO standards,
*  Good knowledge in English,
*   Good knowledge of Microsoft Software (“Windows”, “MS Office”).
